We operate on principles of necessity, transparency, and data minimization while working to protect user privacy and account security.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect information necessary to operate the service, including IP address, device operating system version, app version, connection status, error logs, and approximate region. This information is used to: 1. recommend suitable connection routes; 2. analyze anonymized regional connection quality and improve lines; 3. send necessary service notices, security alerts, or account-related messages. We do not use this data to build personal browsing profiles.

We may provide aggregated anonymous statistics to necessary third-party service providers, such as crash analysis, app distribution, or basic analytics services. Except when required by legal process, needed to protect users and service security, or necessary for work with providers bound by confidentiality obligations, we do not sell or share personally identifiable information with third parties. You may stop new app-side data collection by uninstalling the App.

User-submitted data is retained during the service term and for a reasonable retention period afterward. The App is not intended for children under 13; if related data is accidentally collected, we will delete it as soon as reasonably possible. We use access controls, encrypted transmission, and internal permission management to protect data security.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to legal requirements, product features, or operational changes. Please review this page periodically.
