This agreement is a legal agreement between you and Skyline VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of mobile, desktop, or other client applications (referred to as the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer, translate, or create derivative versions of the App without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App, trademarks, interface, and service content belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. We may adjust features, plans, or prices as business needs change and will notify users within a reasonable scope. Users are responsible for account credentials and device security; rooting or jailbreaking devices is not recommended.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, or app distribution services. Your use may also be subject to the applicable terms of those third-party services.
Service availability depends on device condition, system permissions, Wi-Fi or mobile data, local carrier policies, and target platform status. The Service Provider is not responsible for unavailability caused by account arrears, data limits, poor signal, roaming charges, or user device settings. When using mobile data or roaming, verify data fees and billing authorization yourself.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior and must comply with applicable laws and target-platform rules. Although we try to provide accurate route status and client information, some network data may come from third parties or real-time conditions, and the Service Provider is not liable for indirect losses caused by such information. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates periodically, and users agree to install the latest version when necessary. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service in reasonable circumstances.
Software Non-Refund Policy
